The thought of having a role in someone’s most exciting and special moment with the person they love has always been so fascinating and meaningful to me.

Meet the Artist

Hi, I'm Katelyn the creative mind behind Katie Brooke Designs. Solitaire rings are beautiful in their own right but I like incorporating elements that allow a unique vintage feel. I incorporate a variety of stone shapes in such a way that is both geometrical & proportional overall. Offering custom made-to-order bespoke engagement & anniversary rings allows me to create a piece that is as unique as each couple’s love story. I am excited to share my creations with women that possess the same love for unique and timeless styles as me.

Big Dreams, Creativity, & Perseverance

At 18 years old I met my husband at a Mardi Gras ball during our freshman year of college. That night I knew I would marry him someday. As a young student, unsure of my life's direction, I initially majored in Civil Engineering, then switched to Accounting, yet neither felt right. Despite contemplating if college was the right path, I persevered, driven by the investment of time and money. Simultaneously, my search for engagement rings that were vintage and unique online proved fruitless.

Drawn to distinctive designs, I stumbled upon a designer incorporating tapered baguettes in a way I had never seen before. Enthralled by her talent and nontraditional background, I was obsessed with her beautiful designs. Her journey sparked something in me, making me realize my passion for design. Inspired to work for myself, I decided to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Rekindling my drawing skills from years past, creativity flowed onto paper and sticky notes. Convinced that I'd found my calling, I committed to designing timeless vintage-inspired rings as well as educating myself about the jewelry industry. During this time I established professional relationships with reputable diamond and gemstone suppliers as well as skilled artisans to help bring my designs to life.

A little something extra..

Since I am based in the heart of south Louisiana you can expect a little taste of home when you purchase a ring from me. We have a Cajun French term Lagniappe (lon-yop or lan-yap) that we like to use which means “a little something extra” and it’s just another way of saying thank you.
