Once full payment has been received, it will take 6 to 8 weeks to create your ring. I can occasionally accommodate rush orders. Financing is available through Shop Pay Installments. Orders are shipped fully insured with tracking through UPS via either 2-Day or overnight shipping depending on your location. An adult's signature will be required upon delivery.

Customizing a design will require additional time to discuss your special request, determine your budget, source stones and provide a formal quote. Please keep this in mind when choosing your proposal date.

If the band is fully pave set with stones, it cannot be resized. Even if the band is partially pave set, it is still very difficult to resize the band without compromising the stones so normally the band can only be sized up or down one finger size. I recommend finding out your loved one’s finger size from family or friends. Additionally, you can bring one of her rings to a local jewelry store to determine the correct size.

If you purchase the wrong size ring you can contact me to return it for resizing but this can also be done at a local jewelry store for your convenience.

I source natural and lab-grown diamonds as well as colored gemstones from reputable suppliers to cater to everyone’s preference and budget. Typically, the accent stones will match the color and clarity of the center stone chosen. A standard ring will be cast in 14k gold but upon request 18k gold and platinum are available as well.

Each stone is ethically sourced and complies with the Kimberley Process. Diamonds will be accompanied by either a GIA or IGI grading report. Your diamond ring will come with a third-party appraisal for insurance purposes.

Yes, I offer international shipping. All orders are shipped fully insured with tracking, please allow additional time for delivery due to customs. An adult's signature will be required upon delivery.  

The customer will be responsible for all international import fees and taxes when the piece enters your country’s customs. Please note: the amount of import tax varies by country/location.

If for some reason you are not able to select your country at check out, please contact me and I will correct this as soon as possible.

To protect your ring from damage please keep these tips in mind. Try to avoid chemicals of any kind such as cleaning chemicals, lotions, soaps, makeup, swimming pools, and hot tubs. Always remove your ring before exercising, heavy lifting, or doing outdoor work.

Professional cleaning and maintenance inspections for damaged areas are recommended.

Yes! I accept heirloom center stones, but I do not incorporate heirloom accent stones. The accent stones used will be determined based on your center stone’s color and clarity.

If you already have an heirloom stone, I recommend contacting me to purchase a semi-set mounting so that a local jeweler can set the center stone. This will prevent anything unfortunate happening to your stone such as being lost or damaged in transit.

Alternatively, you can contact me to provide shipping instructions to send the loose stone or fully set heirloom ring. Upon receiving your package my team will remove the desired center stone from the original setting. From there the stone will be set into the new design. When your order is complete your new ring as well as the original heirloom setting will be shipped back to you fully insured.

Since each ring is fully custom and made specifically based upon your preferences, all sales are final. With that being said, great customer service is what I strive for and will do what I can to accommodate your requests.

I will replace any lost stones for up to one year from the time of purchase except for the center stone. Fine jewelry such as engagement rings should be insured, especially if it consists of diamonds. Using a local jeweler will void this warranty.

If you have a design in mind, please feel free to contact me with examples for my reference of what you are envisioning. If it is within my oeuvre of work, I charge a non-refundable concept design fee of $100 to start the process.

My concept design process involves providing you with a few sketches on paper. From there if you would like to proceed with a CAD rendering of one or more designs, a $85 non-refundable CAD fee would apply for each requested design. After the first rendering has been proofed to you, you are welcome to make as many revisions needed until we achieve your desired design. Lead time for CAD renderings is roughly 7 - 10 business days. Once the design details are finalized, I will be able to source stones and provide you with a quote.
